Public Offer Agreement

This agreement is a public offer. By making a payment, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted all the terms set out below.

1. Parties

Buyer: any individual who accepts this offer by completing a payment.

2. Subject of Agreement

The Seller provides the Buyer with access to a vehicle history report (digital product) based on the VIN code entered by the Buyer. The report is sourced from the Carfax/AllReports database and is delivered instantly in digital form via the CFax platform at cfax.io.

3. Price and Payment

The price of the service is determined by the chosen credit package displayed on the Packages page. Payment is made online via the WayForPay payment service. All prices are shown in USD.

Credits are added to the Buyer's account balance immediately after successful payment confirmation.

4. Service Delivery

The digital report is delivered instantly to the Buyer's account upon spending one (1) credit. The report remains accessible in the Buyer's account history permanently.

Delivery is considered complete the moment the report is displayed in the Buyer's account.

5. Refunds

Refund terms are governed by the Refund Policy.

6. Disclaimer

The Seller provides reports on an 'as-is' basis. Report data is sourced from third-party databases (Carfax/AllReports). The Seller does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the data and is not liable for decisions made based on report information.

7. Intellectual Property

The CFax platform and its design are the property of the Seller. Report content is licensed from Carfax/AllReports and may not be reproduced or redistributed without authorisation.

8. Personal Data

By accepting this offer the Buyer consents to the processing of personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable Ukrainian legislation.
